柔性物缠绕对双吸式离心泵运行特性的影响

摘  要:
采用模型试验方法对比分析有无柔性胶管缠绕双吸式离心泵的外特性试验、压力脉动试验和振动试验。结果表明,被柔性胶管缠绕后,试验泵扬程变小,机组效率降低,且二者降低程度均随流量的增大而增大;试验泵压力脉动主频多为转频,且幅值均增大,流量越大,柔性胶管缠绕对压力脉动的影响越明显;试验泵传动端轴承座垂直方向转频和叶频振幅均减小,水平方向转频振幅在Q/Qn为0.7和1.0时减小,在Q/Qn为1.3时增大,而水平方向叶频振幅均增大。

摘  要:
The effects of flexible material winding on the external characteristics,pressure pulsation characteristics and vibration characteristics of double-suction centrifugal pump were studied using model test.The results showed that the test pump head became smaller,the unit efficiency decreased,and the decreased degrees of head and unit efficiency both increased with the increase of flow when the pump was bound by flexible hose.Most dominant frequencies of pressure fluctuation in the test pump were the rotation frequency,and the amplitudes all became bigger.The pressure pulsation was affected obviously by the flexible hose winding as the flow rates became larger.On the bearing chock of the test pump drive end,the rotation frequency and blade frequency amplitudes of the vertical vibration all decreased at the experimental flow rates.In the horizontal direction,the rotation frequency amplitudes of vibration were lower with flow rates of 0.7Qnand 1.0Qn,but the rotation frequency amplitude increased with flow rate of 1.3Qn,and the blade frequency amplitudes of the horizontal vibration all increased.
