决明子保健啤酒的研制—浊度控制研究

摘  要:
将决明子水煎1h,再保持恒温80℃,浸提1.5h,并用滤板抽滤及其它辅助方法处理。试验结果表明,用此方法处理后的决明子浸提液生产的决明子保健啤酒,其浊度指标完全符合啤酒浊度要求,产品贮存90d后仍未出现浑浊或二次沉淀现象。

摘  要:
This item have done the base study prophasic for soving hoist of beer turbidity due to extractive liquid of cassia seed,for development of hyg ienical beer of cassia seed.On the producing cassia seed beer ,its turbidity control can be carried out throug h rational choice extractive time and process method of cassia seed liquid.Results of test show the turbidity of cassia seed beer of producing with it coincide requirement of beer ,product is storaged90days,there isn't appear turbidness or precipitate phenomenon once more,after cassia seed decocted with water 1h,extracted1.5h in(80℃)constant temperature and filtration processed with filted plate.
