沙棘黄酮对蛋鸡生产性能和经济效益的影响

摘  要:
试验旨在研究沙棘黄酮对蛋鸡生产性能和蛋品质的影响。选取25周龄海兰褐壳蛋鸡3 072只,分成4组,每组6个重复,每个重复128只,均为笼养,每笼4只。按照单因素设计,沙棘黄酮的添加量为0、0.010%、0.015%和0.020%,饲喂2次·d~(-1),分别为9:00和18:00。按常规程序免疫,各组均为群饲,饮水保持圈舍清洁卫生,做好日常工作记录及试验鸡健康状况记录。结果表明,试验组的日采食量与对照组虽无统计差异,但都比对照组低。添加一定剂量的沙棘黄酮对蛋鸡的平均蛋重有增加作用。与对照相比,试验组均降低鸡蛋残次率和料蛋比;试验组Ⅱ可以提高蛋鸡血清中丙氨酸含量,提高球蛋白含量,降低甘油三酯;试验组Ⅰ的丙氨酸也低于对照组。试验组Ⅲ与对照组在血清生化指标上无明显差异;与对照组相比,试验组Ⅱ的毛利润和毛利润率最高。从生产性能、血清生化指标和经济效益核算总体来看,建议在蛋鸡饲料中沙棘黄酮添加量为0.15%。

摘  要:
This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of flavones of sea buckthorn on performance and economic benefits in laying hens. A total of 3 072 Hailan brown-shell hens of 25 weeks old were divided into four groups. Each group had six replicates and 128 layers per replicate. All layers were caged with four layers per cage.According to single factor design, the flavones of sea buckthorn was 0%, 0.01%, 0.015% and 0.020% respectively in layer diet, feeding 2 times·d~(-1), feeding time were 9: 00 and 18: 00. Immune according to the routine procedure, each group is group feeding, drinking water keeps the house clean and hygienic, and keeps a record of daily work and test the health status of the chicken. The results showed that there was no statistical difference between the daily intake of the experimental group and the control group, but it was lower than the control group. Adding a certain amount of flavones of sea buckthorn increased the average egg weight of laying hens. Compared with the control group, the test group decreased egg residue rate and feed-egg ratio; test group Ⅱ could increase alanine contentand globulin content in serum; reduce triglyceride; test group Ⅰ had lower alanine content than the control group. There was no significant difference in serum biochemical indexes between test group Ⅲ and control group, and gross profit and gross profit margin were the highest in test group Ⅱ compared with control group. According to the production performance, serum biochemical index and economic benefit accounting, it is suggested that the addition of sea buckthorn flavonoids in laying hen feed should be 0.15%.
