牛乳铁蛋白肽对隐性乳房炎奶牛产奶量、体细胞及乳成分的影响

摘  要:
本试验以年龄、胎次、泌乳天数、产奶量相近,体细胞数在50万~150万个·mL-1范围内的荷斯坦奶牛为研究对象,设置对照组和试验组,分别灌服生理盐水和牛乳铁蛋白肽,研究灌服牛乳铁蛋白肽对患隐性乳房炎奶牛产奶量、体细胞数及乳成分的影响。结果表明:(1)与0 d相比,30 d时试验组奶牛产奶量显著提高了8.54%(P<0.01),而对照组则显著降低了18.30%(P<0.01),且试验组奶牛产奶量比对照组高33.37%,差异显著(P<0.05);(2)与0 d相比,30 d时对照组和试验组奶牛体细胞数分别显著降低了75.09%(P<0.01)和83.72%(P<0.01),且后者较前者低32.92%,但差异不显著(P>0.05);(3)灌服牛乳铁蛋白肽后,奶牛乳成分指标中干物质含量、乳脂率、乳蛋白率和无脂固形物含量较灌服前均有一定程度的下降,而乳糖和尿素氮含量则有一定幅度的上升,但差异均未达显著水平(P>0.05)。综合而言,牛乳铁蛋白肽对隐性乳房炎的治疗有一定的辅助效果,可显著提高隐性乳房炎奶牛日产奶量并降低体细胞数。

摘  要:
The experiment was conducted to study the influence of bovine lactoferricin on milk production, somatic cells and milk components in recessive mastitis cows. The Holstein cows were as objectives which had similar ages, lactation, milk days, and milk yield, and the somatic cell amounts were between(50~150)×104·mL-1. Two groups were set including control group and experimental group. The cows in control group was used to drench with physiological saline, while the cows in experimental group were used to drench with bovine lactoferricin. The results showed that compared with day 0, the milk production of cows in the experimental group was significantly increased by 8.54%(P <0.01) at day 30, while that of the control group was significantly reduced by 18.30%(P <0.01), and the milk production of cows in the experimental group at day 30 was significant higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Compared with day 0, the somatic cell number of cows in the control group and the experimental group at day 30 significantly decreased by 75.09%(P <0.01) and 83.72%(P <0.01) respectively, and the experimental group was 32.92% lower than the control group, but the difference was not significant(P>0.05). After the application of bovine lactoferrin, the dry matter, milk fat, milk protein and lipid free solid content in the milk were decreased while the lactose and urea nitrogen content were increased, but the difference was not significant(P>0.05). There was no significant difference in milk components between the experimental group and control group(P>0.05). In conclusion, the bovine lactoferrin had a certain auxiliary effect in the treatment on recessive mastitis cows, which could significantly increase the daily milk production and reduce the number of somatic cells.
