大鳍鼓鳔鳅人工繁殖技术初探

摘  要：
本文对东居延海收集的体重为21g～86g的大鳍鼓鳔鳅Hedinichthys yarkandensis macroptera(Herzenstein)亲体进行人工繁殖试验,结果表明:注射人工催产药物促排卵素2号(LRH-A2)和促绒毛膜性腺激素(HCG),可促使亲体产卵和排精。催产2 180尾雌鳔鳅,有1 500尾成功产卵;获得总卵数960万粒,其中受精卵700万粒;孵化出鱼苗约525万尾,其催产率、受精率和孵化率分别是69%、73%和75%。大鳍鼓鳔鳅能通过药物注射进行人工繁殖。

摘  要：
21 ～ 86g Herzenstein From the East Juyan sea were collect,The brood stock were induced spawning by pitocin. experiment showed that: oxytocin ovulation drugs-2( LRH-A2) and human chorionic gonadotropin( HCG) can induce brood stock spawning and spermiation. 1 500 among 2 180 female brood stocks were induced spawning successfully; 9 600 000 eggs were spawn,of which about 7 000 000 eggs fertilized; hatching approximately 5250000 fish fry,the rate of ovulation,fertilization rate and hatching rate were 69%,73% and 75%. Herzenstein can be bred by drug injection.
