摘  要：
The work in China Aiding Africa Agricultural Technology Demonstration Center is quite different from the period of infrastructure construction to the period of technology cooperation and to the period of sustainable development. As the head of the agricultural technology demonstration center, the leader of the projects' experts must be adapted to the responsibilities of the position. Only in this way will he be able to lead the demonstration center onto different advanced stages.
