石墨炉原子吸收法测定河流中重金属铅的含量

摘  要:
[目的]对贵州省六冲河的重金属铅污染情况进行评价。[方法]使用石墨炉原子吸收法对贵州省六冲河3个采样布设点的水质进行分析,测定其中的铅含量。[结果]六冲河重金属铅测定的加标回收率为99.67%~103.30%,RSD为0.8~1.8,3个采样点水中铅含量分别为2.93、2.86和2.76μg/L。[结论]六冲河的重金属铅含量较低,但今后仍应当防止铅含量超标引起河流污染。

摘  要:
[Objective]The research aimed to evaluate the pollution status of lead in Liuchong River of Guizhou Province. [Method] The graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry was used to analyze the quality,especially the lead contents of three water samples in Liuchong River,Guizhou Province.[Result]The results showed that recoveries were between 99. 67% and 103. 3%. The RSD was between 0. 8 and1. 8. The concentrations of three samples were 2. 93,2. 86 and 2. 76 μg/L,respectively.[Conclusion]This research proved that the contents of lead in Liuchong River were low. While the river pollution caused by higher lead contents still should be emphasized.
