NaCl胁迫对八棱海棠和山定子电导率和抗氧化酶活性的影响

摘  要:
【目的】研究不同浓度NaCl处理对八棱海棠和山定子电导率和抗氧化酶活性的影响。【方法】试验以盆栽的八棱海棠和山定子为试验材料,检测不同NaCl处理后的电导率、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性。【结果】随着NaCl浓度的增加,八棱海棠和山定子的相对电导率均表现出逐渐升高的趋势;八棱海棠的SOD活性先上升后下降,山定子的SOD活性逐渐下降;八棱海棠的POD活性表现出先下降后上升的趋势,山定子POD的变化不明显;山定子的CAT表现出先上升后下降的趋势,而八棱海棠CAT的变化不明显;0.5%NaCl处理第14 d,山定子的叶片全部干枯。【结论】八棱海棠对NaCl的耐受性比山定子强,八棱海棠对NaCl胁迫的适应SOD和POD起主要作用,山定子对NaCl胁迫的适应CAT起主要作用。

摘  要:
【Objective】Effects of different concentrations of NaCl treatment on electrical conductivity and antioxidant enzyme system of Malus robusta and Malus baccata were studied.【Method】With potted Malus robusta and Malus baccata as test materials,electrical conductivity,SOD,POD,and CAT activities were investigated after different concentrations of NaCl treatment.【Result】Our data showd that the electrical conductivity of Malus robusta and Malus baccata presented the increasing tendency with the adding of the concentration of NaCl stress. The SOD activity of Malus robusta displayed the tendency of first decreasing and then increasing, but the SOD activity of Malus baccata showed the tendency of gradually decreasing. The POD activity of Malus robusta presented the tendency of first decreasing and then increasing,whereas the SOD didn't show obvious changes in Malus baccata. The CAT activity of Malus baccata presented the tendency of first increasing and then decreasing,but the CAT didn't show obvious changes in Malus robusta. In addition,leaves of Malus baccata dried totally on the fourth day after 0. 5% NaCl treatment. 【Conclusion】Malus robusta was more tolerantof NaCl than Malus baccata. The SOD and POD played an important role in reaction to NaCl stress of Malus robusta. The CAT acted as an imprtant actor in reaction to NaCl stress of Malus baccata.
