摘 要：
[目的]分析比较不同混配方式对批内烟气指标均匀性的影响。[方法]采用2种混配模式生产加工卷烟,模式1为跟踪掺配后直接进行加香然后进储丝柜;模式2为掺配后进混丝柜,整批进完后再加香进储丝柜。对2种模式下主流烟气指标、烟丝常规化学成分进行分析。[结果]试验表明,不同混配模式对卷烟主流烟气指标、烟丝常规成分无显著影响;不同混配模式对烟丝混合均匀度、主流烟气指标的稳定性有影响,模式2均优于模式1。[结论]在实际生产控制过程中,可以通过提高烟丝混合的均匀性来提升批内主流烟气指标的稳定性。

摘 要：
[Objective]To analyze and compare effects of different mixed modes on smoke index homogeneity. [Method] Two mixture modes were adopted to produce tobacco,mode 1 is adding flavor after mixture,then put in tobacco storage cupboard; mode 2 is put in tobacco mixture cupboard after mixture,then adding flavor,finally put in tobacco storage cupboard. The mainstream tobacco index and conventional composition were analyzed. [Result]The experiment showed that,different mixture modes have no significant effects on tobacco mainstream smoke index and conventional tobacco composition; different mixture modes have effects on tobacco mixture homogeneity and stability of mainstream smoke index,mode 2 is superior to mode 1. [Conclusion]In actual production control process,advancing tobacco mixture homogeneity could promote the stability of mainstream smoke index.
