结合供给侧改革和土地制度改革的主要内容,针对现行土地制度存在的缺陷,并借鉴部分省市试点经验,从土地供应制度、土地收储制度、土地用途管制等方面进行探讨,提出了供给侧改革视角下土地制度改革的路径选择。

摘  要：
Combining the supply-side reform with land system reform, using experiences of the other provinces as references,the disadvantages of current land system were discussed from the land supply system, land reserve system and land utilization control. Accordingly the path selection for the land system reform from the perspective of supply-side reform was put forward.
