摘  要：
"志愿服务"是帮助学生成为"懂农业""爱农村""爱农民"的下乡返乡优秀人才的重要环节。通过分析大学生志愿服务乡村的胜任力要求,明确大学生胜任力现状,能够切实帮助我国相关政府部门、院校提升大学生志愿服务乡村的胜任力水平,使其在下乡返乡的过程中成为推动我国乡村振兴战略快速落实与持续发展的重要力量,从而为我国社会主义市场经济的平稳发展与健康增长,奠定坚实的基础。

摘  要：
"Volunteer service" is an important link to help students become outstanding talents who "understand agriculture", "love the countryside" and "love farmers" returning to the countryside. By analyzing the competency requirements of college students in volunteering to serve the countryside,clarifying the status quo of college students' competence can effectively help relevant government departments and colleges in our country to improve the competence level of college students in volunteering to serve the countryside, so that they will become a driving force in the process of returning to the countryside. The rapid implementation of the rural revitalization strategy and an important force for sustained development have laid a solid foundation for the steady development and healthy growth of my country's socialist market economy.
