饲料转换效率与细胞能量代谢

摘  要:
线粒体是细胞能量供给的场所,是细胞呼吸的重要部位,在能量代谢中起着至关重要的作用,其生化生理作用直接影响到饲料转化率。动物体不同的饲料转化率特性与线粒体的功能表达有着极其密切的关系,据此,可以通过线粒体合成和功能的调节来提高饲料转换率。对线粒体与细胞能量代谢之间的关系,线粒体与饲料转换率之间的关系以及细胞能力代谢调控机理进行了综述。

摘  要:
Most amount of cellular energy is provided by mitochondria,in which cellular respiration takes place.Thus,mitochondria play a vital role in the metabolism of energy.Also,mitochondrial biochemical and physiological functions can influence feed efficiency directly.For different traits of feed efficiency have tight relations with the expression of mitochondrial functions,feed efficiency would be increased by the regulation of mitochondrial synthesis and functions.An overview will be shown,describing the mechanism of regulations in cellular energy as well as the relationship between mitochondria and metabolism of cellular energy,and between mitochondria and feed efficiency.
