大豆锈菌冬孢子形成研究

摘  要:
大豆锈菌可在大豆植株上形成冬孢子和冬孢子堆 ,田间在 10~ 11月初形成 ,但数量较少。冬孢子堆的形成与大豆品种、温度、湿度、光照等有关 ,日均温 2 0℃以下 ,日最低气温 16℃以下有利于冬孢子形成。昼夜温差大 ,形成冬孢子堆数量多。感病品种比抗病品种出现冬孢子的时间早 ,数量多 ,但体积小。冬孢子堆的大小与数量成负相关 ,在 13~ 2 5℃、2 0 0lux条件下 ,冬孢子堆体积较大 ,数量较多

摘  要:
Teliospore and teliosorus of Phakopsora pachyrhizi Sydow were discovered to be formed on soybean plants in Wuhan. Their formation under field conditions was found, though with only small amount, in October or early November. Soybean variety, temperature, humidity and illumination were factors influencing teleutosorus formation, among which temperature and variety being the major factors. The basic condition for teliospore fomation was average day temperature of below 20℃, and lowest temperature of below 16℃. The greater the temperature difference between day and night was, the more the teliosorus formed. Teliospore appeared on susceptible varieties earlier than on resistant varieties. More but smaller teleutosorus were formed on susceptible varieties in comparison with resistant varieties. There was a negative correlation between the number and the size of teleutosorus formed. The best condition for the formation of large and most Teleutosorus was incubation at 13~25℃ with 200lux of illumination in an artificial chamber.
