老挝发展农村户用沼气政策与产能潜力分析

摘  要：
老挝畜禽养殖业的快速成长,为其社会经济发展带来了巨大贡献,同时产生的畜禽废弃物对生态环境造成了一定的污染,也影响了当地居民的生活质量。农村沼气具有治理环境,提供清洁能源的作用,在发展中国家的应用受到高度重视和欢迎。文章重点研究了2006年～2015年老挝畜禽养殖废弃物资源化利用为沼气的产能潜力。结论表明:老挝畜禽养殖废弃物如果可以完全利用转化为可用生物质能源沼气,则能够生产1044.46×10~(7 )m~3沼气,可转化为731.11×10~(4 )t标准煤。这将为老挝治理畜禽养殖污染,发展农村户用沼气提供有力的政策依据。

摘  要：
The rapid growth of livestock and poultry breeding industry in Laos has brought great contribution to its social and economic development. Meanwhile, the livestock and poultry waste produced in Laos has caused certain pollution to the ecological environment and affected the quality of life of local residents. Biogas in rural areas plays an important role in controlling environment and providing clean energy, its application in developing countries is highly valued and welcomed. This paper focused on the productivity potential of biogas from livestock and poultry breeding waste in Laos from 2006 to 2015. The conclusion showed that if the livestock and poultry breeding waste in Laos would be fully utilized and converted into biogas, 1044.46 × 10~7m~3 biogas could be produced, which was equivalent to 731.11 × 10~4t standard coal. This will provide a strong policy basis for Laos to control livestock breeding pollution and develop rural household biogas.
