摘  要:
[目的]基于实验设计优化15%乙唑螨腈(SYP-9625)水乳剂。[方法]分别采用回归模型和响应面模型分析了表面活性剂对制剂热贮析水率和粒径的影响。[结果]较优配方组成为乙唑螨腈15.0%,T-80 5.0%,S-80 3.0%,500#2.0%,丙三醇3.0%,BS-168 0.5%,去离子水补足至100.0%。配方的热贮析水率为0,粒径D_(90)值<1.5μm。[结论]实验设计有利于提高制剂的开发效率,对配方优化具有良好的适应性。

摘  要:
[Aims] The formula of SYP-9625 15% EW was optimized based on the design of experiment.[Methods] Regression model and response surface model were used to analyze the results about the effects of the surfactant on the thermal stability and particle size of SYP-9625 15% EW. [Results] The optimum formula was as follows: SYP-9625 15.0%, T-80 5.0%, S-80 3.0%, 500# 2.0%, glycerol 3.0%, BS-168 0.5%, and deionized water up to100%. The aqueous separation rate after storage at(54±2) ℃ for 14 days was zero and particle size(D_(90)) was less than1.5 μm. [Conclusions] The design of experiment demonstrated favorable improve the efficiency of the formulation development and favorable adaptability in the optimization of formulation.
