基于我国原料奶出现的新型生产方式,分析了原料奶质量控制体系的现状,并提出了建立和健全原料奶的标准化生产及管理体系的新思路,建议建立原料奶质量追溯体系,以保障原料奶质量安全。

On the basis of new production mode,the paper analyzes current status of quality control system of raw milk and also proposes new ideas for improving standardized production and management system of raw milk.Quality tracking system of raw milk should be established to ensure quality and safety of raw milk.
