摘 要：
对自动变速器与自动传动液摩擦特性进行匹配性分析,确定自动变速器换挡元件的评价指标以及影响该评价指标的自动传动液关键特性。通过建立动力学模型以及动态仿真模型对扭矩容量、功率密度与滑摩功进行计算与仿真分析,获得与自动变速器换挡元件相匹配的自动传动液摩擦特性的要求。对计算结果、仿真结果和试验结果进行对比分析,证明了此方法的可行性、正确性与有效性。

摘 要：
The matching analysis was carried out between automatic transmission(AT) and the friction characteristics of automatic transmission fluid(ATF).The evaluation indexes of shifting elements in AT and the key characteristics of ATF which influenced the evaluation indexes of shifting elements in AT were confirmed.The dynamical model and the dynamic simulation model were built.The calculation and simulation analysis were done for torque capacity,power density,and friction work.The matching requirements between the shifting elements in AT and the friction characteristics of ATF could be obtained.The feasibility,correctness and effectiveness of the method could be proved.
