微通道连续化法合成间三氟甲基苯酚

摘  要:
[目的]微通道连续化法合成间三氟甲基苯酚,减少副反应,提高间三氟甲基苯酚的收率。[方法]将重氮盐合成、水解的间歇式反应工艺改为连续的反应工艺,用间三氟甲基苯胺、硫酸、亚硝酸钠在微通道中经重氮化水解得到间三氟甲基苯酚,然后对间三氟甲基苯酚的合成工艺进行优化。[结果]用微通道连续化法合成间三氟甲基苯酚,收率达到93.6%,明显高于间接法的81.9%。[结论]与间歇式反应相比,微通道连续化法具有操作简单、反应时间短、换热效率高、产率高等优点,具有工业化应用前景。

摘  要:
[Aims] Synthesis of m-trifluoromethylphenol by continuous flow in microchannel reactor to reduce the side reaction and improve the yield of m-trifluoromethylphenol. [Methods] m-Trifluoromethylaniline, sulfuric acid and sodium nitrite solutions were continuously pumped into a microfluidic reactor and flew through the microchannels to synthesis of m-trifluoromethylphenol. [Results] The yield of m-trifluoromethylphenol was 93.6% by microchannel continuous method, which was remarkably better than that yield 81.9% of the batch process. [Conclusions] Compared with the batch reaction, the microchannel continuous flow method has such advantages of simple operation, short reaction time, high heat exchange efficiency and high yield. The method is suitable for industrial production.
