暗紫贝母内生真菌红色素的提取及稳定性研究

摘  要:
探索一种暗紫贝母内生真菌所产红色素的提取工艺,并研究酸碱度、温度、光照、紫外线、碳水化合物添加剂、氧化剂H2O2、还原剂Na2SO3、金属离子对红色素稳定性的影响。结果证明,当采用超声波法破碎细胞,以丙酮作为溶剂时,提取效果最好。该红色素的最大吸收峰在210 nm,金属离子Sn2+、Pb2+可以使红色素产生络合物,在自然光照下红色素易退色。该红色素可能是一种性能较好的天然色素,具有较高的开发利用价值。

摘  要:
The extracting conditions of red pigments from an endophytic fungi of Fritillaria unibiacteata were studied,and the effects of pH,temperature,illumination,ultraviolet radiation,addition of carbohydrate,oxidant of H2O2,reductant of Na2SO3,and metal ion on the stability of the pigment were investigated.The results showed that the best extracting effect could be achieved if extracted by supersonic using acetone as solution.The sorption peak of the pigment was at 210 nm.The pigment could be complexed by metal ions of Sn2+ and Pb2+,and would depigment under natural illumination.It might be valuable for industrial use as a natural pigment.
