茶树铵态氮的转运与同化研究进展

摘  要:
对茶树的NH4+转运与同化方面的研究进行了综述。茶树NH4+的转运效率在不同基因型茶树品种间差异显著,且茶树对NH4+的转运效率决定了其同化效率的高低,并与其同化速率呈正相关。茶树部分Cs AMT与Cs GS基因已被克隆与鉴定,但其研究程度远不及其他大宗经济作物。新兴生物技术的兴起为茶树NH4+转运、同化相关的研究提供了新方法,同时也为选育高氮效率茶树品种提供了新技术。

摘  要:
Nitrogen is one of the most important factors affecting the quality and yield of tea plants, it is also closely related to environmental issues and how to improve the nitrogen use efficiency in crops has become a hot topic. The research on ammonium transport and assimilation in Camellia sinensis was reviewed in this paper. The efficiency of NH4+ transport was significantly different in different tea varieties, determined the efficiency of NH4+ assimilation, and positively correlated with the assimilation efficiency in tea plants. Some of the genes Cs AMT and Cs GS have been cloned and identified, but the degree of the research in tea has been far behind that of other major economic crops. New and developing biotechnology has provided novel research methods for ammonium transport and assimilation in Camellia sinensis and new technology for breeding tea varieties with high nitrogen efficiency.
