风化煤饲喂蛋鸡试验

摘  要:
选用30周龄海兰商品代产蛋鸡288只,用2 % +微量元素、2 %、4 % 风化煤(I、II、III组)与添加微量元素(对照组)饲喂产蛋鸡,正试期49 d。试验结果:产蛋率I、II、III组比对照组分别提高0.41 %、1.94 %、3.25 %(P>0.05);蛋重I、III组比对照组分别提高2.3 % 和2.8 %(P<0.05),II组比对照组低0.27 %(P>0.05);采食量I、II组比对照组分别减少0.82 %(P>0.05)和33.94 %(P<0.01),III组增加5.22 %(P<0.05)。料蛋比试验组比对照组依次降低7.2 %(P<0.05)、27.6 %(P<0.01)和1.6 %(P>0.05)。血液中总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白、钙磷含量及ALP、GTP酶活性组间差异不显著。蛋中Pb、Hg各组未检出,cd、AS、F含量各组符合国家食品卫生标准。表明蛋鸡日粮中添加2 %、4 % 风化煤对提高产蛋率、饲料报酬有明显效果,对鸡群健康无不良影响。

摘  要:
Hy-line Layers, at the age of 30 weeks, were divided into 4 groups to investigate the influence of weathered coal on laying pervormance, healthy condition and quality of eggs. The trial layres fed on basic dietary, were respectivly teated with 2 % weathered coal and trace element (trial group I), 2 % weathered coal (trial group II), 4 % weathered coal (trial group III), and trial element (control). The formal trial period was 49 days. The results indicated that laying rates were respectively increased by 0.41 %, 1.94 % and 3.25 % over control (P>0.05), egg-weight of group I and II increased by 2.3 % and 2.8 % (P<0.05) over control and II was 0.27 % lower than the contro (P>0.05). Feed intake of group I and II was 0.28 % (P>0.05) and 33.94 % (P<0.01) lower than control, but group III increased by 5.22 %. Egg-feed ratio of I, II and III, over the control, decreased by 7.2 %, 27.6 % and 1.6 % respectively. The difference of content of TP, ALB, GLO, Ca P in blood and the activity of ALP GTP were not significant among groups. Pb and Hg were not found in eggs. The content of CD, As and F in eggs was compatible with the national food standard. Adding 2 % or 4 % of weathered coal to dietary could increased laying rate and feed return significantly.
