摘  要:
The RNA or DNA molecules with catalytic activity are all called nucleozymes. There have been many breakthroughs in their findings and researches in recent years. The basic characteristics of the nucleozymes and the difference between ribozyme and deoxyribozyme were reviewed and compared. The use of nucleozymes and their technologies were emphatically described.
