我国陆路口岸管理研究——以绥芬河口岸为例

摘要：

随着木材进口压力的不断增加,口岸管理压力也随之增加。绥芬河作为连接东北亚地区的重要陆路口岸,也面临着进口秩序混乱、仓储能力有限、管理效率低等诸多问题的挑战。通过建立良好的进口贸易秩序,增强能力建设,加大政策和技术支持,加强国际合作等方式,可以缓解进口压力,促进口岸管理效率,保障国内木材供给的安全。

摘要：

The pressure of the timber imports port is as increased as timber's quantity. Suifen river port,as the importance port among the Northeast Asian region,has some problem,such as disorder of imports. To solve these problems and to insure the safety of timber supply,building markets,enhancing capacity building,and providing multi-platform for cooperation are needed.
