空间搭载对2个紫花苜蓿品种过氧化物酶同功酶的影响

摘  要:
经神州3号飞船搭载的2个紫花苜蓿品种阿尔冈金和三得利种子,种植后出现矮化植株,阿尔冈金和三得利分别选取9株和8株,利用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直板电泳技术对这些单株及其对照进行过氧化物酶同工酶分析,结果表明:阿尔冈金和三得利的酶谱带数为5~7条,在相对迁移率(Rf)17.93%处,所选单株都有谱带出现,此带为2个品种的公共带;阿尔冈金和三得利过氧化物酶同工酶谱存在显著差异,可以用过氧化物酶同工酶谱分析来鉴定2个品种;所选的17个矮化单株除A8外,过氧化物酶同工酶谱与其对照相比具有显著差异,都有新增带或缺失带。

摘  要:
Planted two different varieties seeds of Algonguin and Sanditi alfalfa(Medicago sativa)boarded on the spaceship of No.3 Shenzhou and then found the dwarf mutants.Selected 9 plants of Algonguin and 7 plants of Sanditi to conduct the analysis of peroxidase isoenzymes using vertical flat-sheet polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.The results showed that isoenzyme bands were from 5 to 7 and a band was detected in all strains when an Rf value was 17.93%,which are the common band of two varieties.The peroxidase isozyme zymogram of Algonguin and Sanditi have significantly differences,which can be used for two varieties identification.All selected 17 dwarf mutants except A8,there were new added band or loss band in peroxidase isozyme,which have significant differences between two varieties and their controls.
