摘 要：
用酶联A蛋白做间接法 ELISA检测猪血清中的猪肺炎霉形体抗体,94头份人工感染猪血清的阳性检出率为99.6％,108份假定健康猪血清全部为阴性反应。证明此法对猪血清中猪肺炎霉形体抗体的检出有足够的敏感性和良好的特异性。

摘 要：
Enzyme-linked SPA was used in the indirect ELISA for the detection of M. Hyopneumonia antibodies in pig sera. Ninty-three of 94 sera from artificially infected pigs showed positive reactions (99.6%). All 108 presumptive healthy pig sera showed negative reactions. This assumed that this assay is of high specificity and is sensitive enough for this purpose.
