青海省森林生态系统服务功能价值评估研究

摘  要:
采用青海省2016年森林资源二类调查资料,根据《森林生态系统服务功能评估规范》(LY/T 1721—2008),对青海省主要森林生态系统服务功能价值进行评估。结果表明:8种森林生态系统服务功能总价值为3 041.38亿元/a,其中提供林产品42.89亿元/a,涵养水源608.70亿元/a,固土保肥244.42亿元/a,固碳释氧596.57亿元/a,积累营养物质186.59亿元/a,净化大气环境198.33亿元/a,生物多样性保护1 114.28亿元/a,森林游憩49.60亿元/a。为提升青海省森林生态系统服务价值,提出转变经营方式,提高森林质量,强化森林保护,确保森林健康发展,实施林种结构改造,优化生态服务功能的发展对策。

摘  要:
Based on the standards of Specifications for Assessment of Forest Ecosystem Services in China(LY/T 1721-2008), the value of main forest ecosystem services in Qinghai Province was evaluated by adopting the data of forest resource inventory and planning in 2016. The results showed that the value of 8 forest ecosystem services was 304.138 billion yuan/a, including the value of providing forest products 4.289 billion yuan/a, the value of water conservation 60.87 billion yuan/a, the value of soil fixation and fertility preservation 24.442 billion yuan/a, the value of carbon fixation and oxygen release 59.657 billion yuan/a, the value of nutrients accumulation 18.659 billion yuan/a, the value of atmosphere purification 19.833 billion yuan/a, the value of biodiversity protection 111.428 billion/a and the value of forest recreation 4.96 billion yuan/a.In order to improve the value of forest ecosystem services in Qinghai Province, this paper suggested to change the management mode, improve the forest quality, strengthen the forest protection, ensure the healthy development of the forest, transforming the structure of forest species, and optimize the ecological service function.
