基于形态学和EF-1α序列特征的我国高粱子粒寄藏镰孢菌种群鉴定

摘  要:
采用形态学和EF-1α基因序列分析相结合的方法,对我国13个省17个市区的274份高粱子粒样品中分离获得的313株镰孢菌进行鉴定。在313株镰孢菌中,共鉴定出13个镰孢菌种:产黄色镰孢(Fusarium thapsinum)、禾谷镰孢(F.graminearum)、层出镰孢(F.proliferatum)、变红镰孢(F.incarnatum)、藤仓镰孢(F.fujikuroi)、轮枝镰孢(F.verticillioides)、亚粘团镰孢(F.subglutinans)、木贼镰孢(F.equiseti)、茄镰孢(F.solani)、尖孢镰孢(F.oxysporum)、九州镰孢(F.kyushuense),尚无中文名称的F.miscanthi和F.lacertarum。产黄色镰孢(F.thapsinum)、禾谷镰孢(F.graminearum)、层出镰孢(F.proliferatum)和变红镰孢(F.incarnatum)是高粱子粒寄藏镰孢菌种群中的优势种类。从分离频率和地域分布广泛性来看,我国高粱产区高粱子粒上均可分离获得镰孢菌,河南、山东、四川的分离频率最高,分别达43.87%、43.73%和40.44%。

摘  要:
Three hundred and thirteen Fusarium isolates from 274 samples of sorghum grains in 17 cities of 13 provinces were identified by fungi morphology and EF-1α sequence analysis.Among 313 isolates of Fusarium,a total of 13 Fusarium species was founded,including Fusarium thapsinum,F.graminearum,F.proliferatum,F.incarnatum,F.fujikuroi,F.verticillioides,F.subglutinans,F.equiseti,F.solani,F.oxysporum,F.kyushuense,F.miscanthi,and F.lacertarum.F.thapsinum,F.graminearum,F.proliferatum,and F.incarnatum were dominant Fusarium species.The sorghum grain samples from all sampling sites were contaminated with Fusarium spp..The grain from Henan had the highest isolation frequency(43.87%)of Fusarium spp.,followed by Shandong(43.73%) and Sichuan province(40.44%).
