茯苓皮的化学成分研究

摘要：

目的:研究茯苓(Poriacocos(Schw.)Wolf.)皮的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱法进行成分分离,用NMR、质谱等波谱学方法进行结构鉴定。结果:分离并鉴定了7个化合物的结构,分别鉴定为biemnasterol(1),octadecanoicacid(2),triacontanol(3),octacosyl acid(4),pentacosanoic acid(5),β-sitosterol(6),daucosterol(7)。结论:为茯苓皮的再利用提供了理论依据。

摘要：

Objective:Chemical research on constituents of Poria cocos(Schw.) Wolf.Methods:seven compounds were isolated and purified by chromatography on silica gel.Their structures were determined on the basis of spectral data analyses.Results:Their structures were identified as biemnasterol(1),octadecanoic acid(2),triacontanol(3),octacosyl acid(4),pentacosanoic acid(5),β-sitosterol(6),daucosterol(7).Conclusion:This research provided valuable basis of the theory for recovering and using on peel of Poria cocos.
