鱼鳞坑开沟犁万向联轴器加长轴和管的模态分析

摘  要:
借助于Pro/E软件和ANSYS软件对鱼鳞坑开沟犁万向联轴器加长轴和管进行了模态分析,不仅介绍了应用Pro/E软件建立实体模型时的注意事项,还介绍了在ANSYS环境下进行模态分析的步骤,最后得出了加长轴和管的固有频率值和各阶振型。同时,分析了各阶固有频率的意义,找到了加长轴和管在振动中的危险区域,从而为提高万向联轴器的整体性能提供了理论依据。

摘  要:
With the help of Pro / E software and ANSYS software,this essay does a modal analysis of elongated axis and tube of universal coupling of fish- scale pit trenching plow,not only introduces precautions of creating solid models with Pro / E software,also introduces the steps of doing a modal analysis in the ANSYS environment,finally obtains the intrinsic frequency values and each vibration model of elongated axis and tube,and then analyzes the significance of the intrinsic frequency values,finds the danger zone of vibration of elongated axis and tube,thus provides a theoretical basis for improving overall roperty of universal coupling.
