摘  要：
实地调查贵州荔波小七孔景区文字衣科(Graphidaceae)的地衣资源,探究其属种组成及物种多样性特征,补充该地区文字衣科地衣研究之空白数据.本文基于形态学、解剖学、化学、分子生物学和地理学等研究方法,对采自该地区的 200 余份文字衣科地衣标本进行研究,共鉴定出 5 属 13 种,其中包括贵州一新记录属及其新记录种,即板文衣属(Thecaria)及苦木板文衣(Thecaria quassiicola Fée).研究发现文字衣属(Graphis)为该地区的优势属,其种数占该地区文字科地衣总数的 46.15%.该研究补充了贵州荔波小七孔景区文字衣科地衣研究的空白,丰富了该地区菌物的物种多样性.

摘  要：
This study aims to investigate the lichen resources of Graphidaceae in Xiaoqikong Scenic Spot,Libo,Guizhou,China.The species composition and biodiversity were selected to supplement the fundamental data in Graphidaceae research.More than 200 lichen specimens were collected from the family Graphidaceae.A series of methods were used to identify these species,in terms of morphology,anatomy,chemistry,molecular biology and ge-ography.A total of 13 species in 5 genera were reported,of which one genus Thecaria with its one species Thecaria quassiicola Fée were reported as new record from Guizhou Province.The results found that Graphis was the dominant genus in the region,whose species were accounted for 46.15%of the total number of lichens in the family.This finding can also enrich the fungal diversity.
