农户质量安全风险认知能力关键要素辨识

摘  要：
运用TPB等相关理论系统分析农户质量安全风险认知影响因素,采用问卷调研获取专家对风险认知能力影响因素作用程度判断数据,借助DEMATEL方法对农户质量安全风险认知关键要素进行辨识和分析。结果表明,农户质量安全风险态度、安全技术期望收益、政府相关培训频率、参与组织影响程度、信息获取渠道、避免安全事故的意愿、家庭收入水平、追求农产品安全生产态度等属于认知能力的关键因素。

摘  要：
The TPB theory is used in this paper to identify the influencing factors of farmers' risk cognition ability. The data about impact degree of influence factors for farmers' risk cognition ability is obtained by the questionnaire survey. The DEMATEL method is employed to analyze the critical factors of farmers' risk cognition to quality and safety. The result shows that,the risk attitude of farmers' quality and safety,the expected income of farmers' safety technology,the government related training frequency,the degree of participation in the organization,the willingness to avoid the safety accident,the level of household income,and the pursuit of the safety of vegetables are critical influence factors for farmers' risk cognition ability.
