比例法和对分法在乳油制剂配方研制中的联合应用

摘要：

制剂加工中如何安排试验是一个重要的问题。为了用较少的试验次数,在较短时间内迅速得到有效的试验结果,以30%毒死蜱EC的研制为实例,研究如何联合运用比例法和对分法科学安排试验,获得制剂配方。研究表明,以自动分散性、乳化性、乳液稳定性作为试验指标,用比例法确定制剂中各乳化剂间的配比,用对分法确定乳化剂的总用量,可快速得到乳油的优惠配方。

摘要：

It is very important to arrange experiments of pesticide formulation processing. This study was to find outhow to use the proportional and bisectional method to get the prescription of pesticide formulation in less experimentand little time. The results showed that automatic dispersion ability, emulsification ability and dilution stability wereappropriate indexes for the experiment. We could get the prescription of emulsifiable concentrate rapidly, which hadgood character and low cost, by using proportional method to get the ratio of every emulsifier, using bisectional methodto get the amount of emulsifiers in the preparation.
