酢浆草和红花酢浆草对萝卜种子的化感作用

摘  要:
以入侵植物酢浆草(Oxalis corniculata L.)和红花酢浆草(O.corymbosa DC.)为供体,常见蔬菜模式种萝卜为受体,探究两种酢浆草茎叶在浸提温度分别为5、15、25、35℃及浸提液质量浓度分别为0.04、0.06、0.08、0.10 g/mL时对萝卜种子萌发率和幼苗生长的影响.结果表明:酢浆草和红花酢浆草均对萝卜种子的萌发率和幼苗根长产生了极显著的抑制作用(P<0.01),且对根长的抑制作用大于对种子萌发率的抑制作用.当两种酢浆草浸提液质量浓度达到0.06 g/mL时,各浸提温度下的种子萌发率与对照组相比均已呈现极显著差异(P<0.01),而质量浓度为0.04 g/mL的两种酢浆草浸提液对幼苗根长的抑制作用已达到极显著水平(P<0.01).在相同质量浓度下,随着浸提温度的升高,两种酢浆草浸提液对萝卜种子萌发率和幼苗根长的抑制作用均呈现增强趋势;在相同浸提温度下,随着浸提液质量浓度的升高,两种酢浆草浸提液对萝卜种子萌发率和幼苗根长的抑制作用也均呈增强趋势.

摘  要:
Allelopathic effects of the invasive plants Oxalis corniculata L.and O.corymbosa DC.on seed germination and seedling growth of radish were evaluated.The stem leaves of O.corniculata and O.corymbosa's were extracted under different temperature of 5,15,25 and 35 ℃,and the concentrations of aqueous extracts were0.04,0.06,0.08 and 0.10 g/mL,respectively.The results showed that the aqueous extracts of O.corniculata and O.corymbosa reduced the seed germination and seedling growth of radish significantly(P <0.01),and the allelopathic effects on seedling growth were stronger than on seed germination rates.Compared with control,the germination rates of seeds treated with the aqueous extracts of O.corniculata and O.corymbosa with concentration of 0.06 g/mL were reduced significantly(P <0.01),however,the seedling growth was reduced significantly when the concentrations of aqueous extracts of O.corniculata and O.corymbosa were only 0.04 g/mL(P <0.01).Under the same extract concentration,the allelopathic effects on seed germination and seedling growth increased with the extract temperature;Meanwhile,under the same extract temperature,the same trends of allelopathic effects exhibited with the increase of extract concentration.
