土壤干旱对济麦21根、冠生长的影响

摘  要:
通过盆栽试验,对不同土壤水分条件下冬小麦幼苗期、拔节期、扬花期和灌浆期4个时期根、冠生物量和二者关系进行了研究。结果表明:随干旱胁迫的加剧,各个时期根、冠生物量均呈降低趋势,根冠比呈增加趋势,这说明土壤干旱促进光合产物向根部分配,增加根系生长量,提高抗旱性。且随生育期的推进,根、冠生物量均呈增加趋势,根冠比则呈减小趋势。最后通过回归分析,建立了根、冠生物量回归方程,表明干旱胁迫对根、冠生长及二者关系具有显著影响。

摘  要:
This paper deals with the growth of root and shoot of winter wheat under different soil drought conditions during the seedling,jointing,flowering and filling stages of Jimai 21.The results showed that the root and shoot biomass decreased and the R/S ratio increased with the reduction of soil water.It indicated that the soil drought could increase the distribution ratio of photosynthesis product in root,so as to improve the drought resistance.The biomass of root and shoot tended to increase with the growth stage advancing,but the tendency of R/S was reduced.The regression model between root and shoot biomass were founded by analysis.It showed that soil drought had remarkable influences on the growth of root and shoot and the relationship between them.
