摘  要：
特色产业扶贫是一种创新式的扶贫模式,通过扶持贫困地区发展地方特色产业脱贫致富。食用菌营养丰富,销售市场前景乐观,也响应了我国绿色环保节能的理念,成为最具优势的产业发展趋势。辽宁省某地区作为我国脱贫攻坚战的重点地区,利用食用菌产业不断优化自身的农业结构,助力当地脱贫致富。对该地区的食用菌产业扶贫绩效进行了具体分析和评价。

摘  要：
Poverty alleviation by characteristic industries is an innovative poverty alleviation model. It is a long-term poverty alleviation plan by supporting the development of local characteristic industries in poverty-stricken areas, which plays an important role in the targeted poverty alleviation strategy in China. Edible fungi is rich in nutrition and has an optimistic marketing prospect. It also responds to the concept of green environmental protection and energy conservation in China and becomes the most advantageous industrial development trend. Thus, a certain area of Liaoning province, as the key area of poverty alleviation in China, can use the edible fungus planting industry to optimize the agricultural structure in order to help the local people get rid of poverty and become rich. Based on this, the poverty alleviation performance of edible fungus industry in this area were analyzed.
