夏、冬季杭州湾北部游泳动物群落结构

摘  要:
利用相对重要性指数、等级聚类和多元统计等方法对该海域游泳生物种类组成、优势种及群落结构进行分析,研究杭州湾北部游泳动物群落结构特征。夏、冬季共发现40种游泳生物,隶属12目22科33属,鲈形目及十足目生物所占比率最高,分别为32.5%和35%,而鲈形目、十足目中又分别以石首鱼科(38.5%)和长臂虾科(28.6%)所占比率最高;夏季优势种为棘头梅童鱼(Collichthys lucidus)和安氏白虾(Exopalaemon annandalei),冬季优势种为刀鲚(Coilia ectenes)、焦氏舌鳎(Cynoglossus joyneri)、髭缟虾虎鱼(Tridentiger barbatus)、葛氏长臂虾(Palaemon gravieri)、日本鼓虾(Alpheus japonicas)和狭颚绒螯蟹(Eriocheir leptognathus),两时期无共同优势种。等级聚类和非度量多维标序排序表明,杭州湾北部游泳生物群落可分为夏季和冬季2个组群,相似性检验(ANOSIM)显示2个组群差异极显著(R=0.881,P<0.01)。BIOENV表明温度是影响杭州湾北部游泳动物群落结构的最主要环境因子,相关系数为0.773。杭州湾海域是棘头梅童鱼、凤鲚等多种游泳动物产卵和索饵场所,群落结构具有典型的季节特征。

摘  要:
For studying on the characteristic of community structure of nektons in northern Hangzhou Bay during different seasons, the methods of Index of Relative Importance, Cluster analysis and multivariate statistics etc. were applied in this study to analyze species composition,dominant species and community structure of nektons in this waters. The results indicated that a total of 40 species belonging to 12 orders, 22 families and 33 genera were found. Perciformes(32.5%) and decapoda(35%) had the highest percentage, and Sciaenidae and Palaemonidae separately had the highest percentage in Perciformes and decapoda, whose percentage is separately 38.5% and 28.6%. The dominant species in summer were Collichthys lucidus and Exopalaemon annandalei, and the dominant species in winter were Coilia ectenes, Cynoglossus joyneri, Tridentiger barbatus, Palaemon gravieri, Alpheus japonicas and Eriocheir leptognathus. there were no similarities in species during the two seasons. Cluster and Non-metric Multidimensional Scaling indicated that nektons community in northern Hangzhou Bay could be clustered into two groups which were summer and winter assemblages. ANOSIM analysis indicated that there were significant differences in community structure between these two groups(R=0.881,P<0.01). The relationship between fish community pattern and water temperature was dominant through BIOENV program, and the correlation coefficient was 0.773. The research showed that nektons such as Collichthys lucidus, Coilia mystus always migrated to Hangzhou Bay for spawning and feeding. There was typical difference in community structure in different seasons, and the main reason lies in different ecological habits of typical species in summer and winter.
