通过对在华韩国企业倒闭现象的研究,从中国投资环境的变化、韩国企业在华投资的战略等方面分析了其在华投资失败的原因,提出了加强本土化、选择最佳投资区域以及采取独资经营等相应对策。

摘 要：
Through the research on the bankrupt phenomenon of Korean companies in Chinese market, reasons of failure investment were analyzed from the aspects of investment environmental changes in China, investment strategy of the Korean companies and so on. Corresponding countermeasures were put forward such as enforcing localization, choosing best investment areas and taking sole investment.
