基于偏离-份额分析的张掖市产业结构优化研究

摘  要：
产业结构的优化对经济的增长起着至关重要的作用。运用偏离份额分析法,对张掖市2008~2012年三次产业发展进行统计分析,分析三次产业结构及竞争力方面的优势、劣势,并确定了张掖市三次产业发展的方向和重点,认为张掖市应在突破传统体制和传统观念的束缚下,稳固一产,积极推进现代生态农业发展;创新二产,加快发展生态工业;扩容三产,大力发展生态旅游,推动经济结构转型升级,以特色优势产业来拉动张掖市经济的快速、可持续发展。

摘  要：
The optimization of industrial structure plays a vital role on the development of economy. This paper analyzed three times industrials of Zhang ye between 2008 and 2012 using shift-share method and found out the advantage and disadvantage of three industrial structure and its competitive to determine the direction and key point of industry development in Zhangye City. The result shows Zhangye should break through traditional system and the bondage of traditional ideas to steady first production and promote the development of modern ecological agriculture. Besides, it should innovate secundiparity and speed up the development of ecological industry. In addition, it should expand tertiary industry, develop ecological tourism vigorously and adjust industrial structure constantly to create a suitable environment for living and travelling, promote the transformation and upgrading of economic structure, and attempt to the develop preponderant industries. Meanwhile, Depending on special industries rapidly and continuously to drive the development of economy is its good choice.
