济宁青山羊皮肤鞣前组织学特性与鞣后品质研究

摘  要：
本文采用组织学方法,系统地比较研究了小猾皮和出生1月龄以内的大猾皮鞣制前后的组织学特性和皮革品质。结果表明:大、小猾皮的表皮和真皮层的厚度不均匀,颈、背、腹、臀部之间的部位差显著(P<0.05)。自出生至1月龄,青山羊表皮和真皮厚度均明显增加,且真皮网状层的生长要快于乳头层。小猾皮的花纹品质优于大猾皮,其干皮重为88.75±11.33,平均皮厚为0.62±0.05;总面积为1145.67±43.92 cm2,有花面积占总面积比例为67.87±2.97%;优等波浪花所占比例为41.67%±3.76;但其抗张强度和撕裂强度等物理机械指标不及大猾皮;大、小猾皮厚度均以颈部最厚,背部次之,臀部稍薄,腹部最薄。大猾皮的部位差较大。青猾皮鞣后的抗张强度、撕裂强度、崩裂强度和收缩温度均随日龄增长而增加;但规定负荷伸长率却随日龄增长而下降。揭示这些组织学特性可为山羊早期选种提供理论依据,为改良青猾皮板皮及皮革的鞣制技术奠定基础。

摘  要：
The wool skins of Jining grey goat lambs within 3-days-old and 30-days-old are famous for their clear pattern and luster.Histology methods were used to study systematically the characteristics of skin and leather structure of the lamb goats.Results indicated that the thickness of epidermal layers and derma layers of Jining Gray lamb goats were nonuniform and the difference of skin thickness between the body parts of cervicum,back,abdomen,and buttock is significant(P<0.05).The epidermal and derma are all obviously thickening from birth to 1-month-old,but the corpus reticulare grews faster than that of papillar layer of dermis.The texture quality of skin of lambs within 3-days-old surpass than that skin of young lambs within 1-mouth old.The weight of desic skins were 0.62±0.05,Total area of the skins leather is 1145.67±43.92 cm2.The area of clear pattern is 67.87±2.97% percent and the area of best wave pattern is 41.67±3.76 percent.The tensile and laceration strength of the young lambs within 3-days-old is smaller than that of the lambs within 1-month-old.Those histological traits determined the quality character of Jining Gray Goat fur and it will provide science base to early breeding of Goats.
