云南松一代种子园子代遗传分析

摘  要:
2012年12月,对建水县小关林场16年生云南松一代种子园子代测定林的生长性状和质量性状进行调查,研究云南松一代种子园优良家系遗传参数和遗传增益,结果表明,在38个家系中,有23个家系数量指标高于对照(优良林分),说明多数家系生产的种子可以培育优质高产林分。采用材积、通直率和扭纹率等3个性状对38个家系进行综合选择,筛选出16个优良家系,(1)材积实际增益为4.37%~33.74%,平均为16.85%;遗传增益为0.49%~3.75%,平均为1.87%;(2)通直率实际增益为51.18%~263.28%,平均为186.13%;遗传增益为7.30%~37.54%,平均为26.54%;(3)扭纹率(扭纹指标为负,表示扭纹率降低)实际增益为-52.14%~32.77%,平均为-14.89%;遗传增益为-0.74%~0.47%,平均为-0.21%。其实际增益较高而遗传增益较低的原因是对照为优良林分的子代。

摘  要:
In December 2012,we investigated the growing performance and qualitative traits of 16 years old progeny test plantation of Pinus yunnanensis at Xiaoguan forest farm of Jianshui county,with the aim to study the genetic parameters and genetic gain of the first generation of Pinus yunnanensis seed orchard. The results showed that among the total 38 families,the parameters of 23 families were significantly higher than the control though the control was also superior stand through selection; this indicated that the seeds of most families reached the requirement of cultivation of high yield and quality stand. Choosing volume,unbent rate and twisted grain rate as the indicators,38 families were comprehensively evaluated,and sixteen families were screened out: 1) The actual gain of volume ranged from 4. 37 % to 33. 74 %,with the average value of 16. 85 %,the genetic gain ranged from 0. 49 % to 3. 75 %,with the average of 1. 87 %. 2) The actual gain of unbent rate ranged from 51. 18 % to 263. 28 %,with the average of 186. 13 %,the genetic gain ranged from 7. 30 % to 37. 54 %,with the average of 26. 54 %. 3) The actual gain of twisted grain rate ranged from- 52. 14 % to 32. 77 %,with the average of- 14. 89 %,the genetic gain ranged from- 0. 74 % to 0. 47 %,with the average of- 0. 21 %. The main reason explained the high actual gain and relatively low genetic gain was the control in this study was also superior stand through selection.
