蚕豆微核技术检测药厂废水的遗传及生理毒性

摘 要:
[目的]利用蚕豆微技术评估药厂废水对蚕豆根尖的遗传及生理毒性。[方法]利用蚕豆根尖微核检测技术,检测苏州市某制药厂(以生产抗生素为主)废水及经处理后出水的污染情况,并评估该废水对蚕豆根尖的遗传毒性。[结果]未作处理的原水具有极高的生物毒性,细胞在高浓度情况下无法存活,较低浓度下细胞虽能生长但有极高的微核率。经处理后的出水,虽然对细胞生长并没有显著影响,但微核率仍较高,说明出水具有较高的污染指数。[结论]该研究为药厂废水的合理处理提供了科学依据。

摘 要:
[Objective] The study aimed to assess the genetic and physiological toxicity of wastewater from a pharmaceutical factory using root tip micronucleus technology of Vicia faba.[Method] The pollution situation of wastewater from a pharmaceutical factory was detected by using root tip micronucleus technology of V.faba,and the genetic and physiological toxicity of the wastewater to V.faba root tip was assessed.[Result] Original wastewater has a severely high level of biological toxicity,and the cells were unable to live under a high concentration;the cells were able to grow under a low concentration,but the micronucleus ratio was extremely high.The wastewater treated had no significant impact on cell growth,but the micronucleus ratio was still extremely high,showing that the wastewater treated also had a high pollution index.[Conclusion] The research could provide scientific references for the rational treatment of wastewater from a pharmaceutical factory.
