活塞式比例施肥器性能对比试验

摘  要:
比例施肥器是一种先进的定比施肥装置。介绍了活塞式比例施肥器的内部结构及工作原理。目前国内对比例施肥器的研究主要集中在新结构设备的研制上且都存在使用寿命短,吸肥精度差的缺点,而对比例施肥器吸肥性能的研究只局限于国外产品上,因此对国内外两种施肥器的吸肥性能进行实验,结果表明:施肥器的进口流量都随进出口压差的增大而增大,但国内施肥器的比例精度明显低于国外施肥器,且在相同压差下,国内施肥器的进口流量也低于国外产品。在分析的基础上建立了施肥器的吸肥量模型,可用于吸肥量的估算。

摘  要:
Proportional fertilizer applicator is an advanced fertilizer device.Its structure and working principle are illustrated in this paper.Novel structure is the main direction of the present domestic research,the shortcomings of short service life and low accuracy always exist.And the study of fertilizer absorption ability is restricted only for foreign devices.The comparison experiments on the fertilizer absorption ability of domestic and overseas applicators are carried out.The results show that:the inlet flow of fertilizer applicator increases with the increase of import and export pressure;but the accuracy of the domestic fertilizer applicator is significantly lower than that of the foreign proportion fertilizer;moreover,under the same differential pressure,the import flow of domestic fertilizer applicator is lower than that of the foreign products.Based on the analysis result,the regression models for fertilizer suction amount with inlet discharge and pressure difference are established in the end.
