低温发育下冷藏时间和虫期对松毛虫赤眼蜂羽化的影响

摘  要:
松毛虫赤眼蜂是一种重要的寄生性天敌,冷藏时间及虫期是影响其寄生卵存活力的重要因子。为了全面评价冷藏时间和虫期对松毛虫赤眼蜂寄生卵低温下存活力的影响,分析了不同冷藏时间和虫期对松毛虫赤眼蜂4℃冷藏后的影响。结果显示,冷藏时间和虫期对松毛虫赤眼蜂冷藏后的出蜂情况影响显著,当15℃发育至不同时间后冷藏,其中,发育10 d的处理组出蜂卵数为(69.25±8.68)头,其羽化率最高,达93.15%;当10℃发育至不同时间后冷藏,其中发育20 d的处理组羽化率达到峰值,为67.16%,但其出蜂卵数为(39.75±5.37)头。研究表明,冷藏时间和虫期对松毛虫赤眼蜂的冷藏效果有一定影响,低温发育能增强松毛虫赤眼蜂的耐寒性,适宜其长期冷藏,试验中的最佳冷藏条件为15℃发育10 d。该研究结果对于松毛虫赤眼蜂的低温耐受性研究及低温贮藏技术探讨均具有重要的理论指导意义。

摘  要:
Trichogramma dendrolimi is an important parasitic natural enemy. Refrigerating time and age are important factors affecting its viability. To figure out the impacts of refrigerating time and age on viability in T. dendrolimi at low temperature, this article analyzed the impacts of different refrigerating time and age on cold preservation at 4 ℃ in Trichogramma dendrolimi. The results showed that refrigerating time and age on emergence number and emergence rate were significant in T. dendrolimi. The maximum emergence number was(69.25±8.68)head during cold grown for 10 days at 15 ℃, while emergence rate could reach 93.15%. The maximum emergence rate was 67.16% during cold grow for 20 days at 10 ℃, while emergence number was(39.75±5.37)head. It indicated that refrigerating time and age could influence the performance of cold storage. Cold grown which could enhance low temperature tolerance was useful for cold storage of T. dendrolimi. The optimal condition in the research was cold grown for 10 days at 15 ℃. This result was of important theoretical significance in guiding the research on low-temperature tolerance and cold storage in T. dendrolimi.
