摘 要:
试验选用56周龄新扬州鸡产蛋期母鸡150只,随机分为3组,每组5个重复,每个重复10只;腿肌注射0、200、400μg鸡甲状旁腺素基因质粒(pCEP4-PTH),研究其对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋壳质量和血液部分激素的影响.试验结果表明,pCEP4-PTH基因质粒可改善蛋鸡生产性能;200μg注射量可显著改善蛋壳强度(P<0.05),400μg注射量对蛋壳质量影响不显著;pCEP4-PTH基因质粒可显著提高蛋鸡体内甲状旁腺素(PTH)水平(P<0.05),且注射400μg时达到极显著水平(P<0.01);注射400μg pCEP4-PTH基因质粒具有促进内源降钙素(CT)和雌激素(E2)分泌的作用(P<0.05),因而不利于PTH生物学效应的发挥;两试验组骨钙素(BGP)与对照组差异不显著,提示生产性能和蛋壳质量的改善未对骨骼发育造成不良影响.说明pCEP4-PTH基因质粒可改善蛋鸡生产性能和蛋壳质量,且不影响骨骼质量.

摘 要:
To study the effects of pCEP4-PTH gene plasmid on production performance,eggshell quality and serum hormone levels in the layers,150 New Yangzhou laying hens(56-week-old)were randomly divided into three groups at the dose of 0,200 and 400 μg pCEP4-PTH injected intramuscularly.Each group had five repeats,and one repeat had 10 birds.The results show that pCEP4-PTH gene plasmid improved the production performance;injecting dose of 200 μg plasmid improved eggshell quality significantly(P<0.05),but was no effect observed in 400 μg treatment;the level of parathyroid hormone(PTH)was elevated significantly(P<0.05)by injecting the pCEP4-PTH gene plasmid intramuscularly,and it was elevated extremely significantly in 400 μg dose group(P<0.01);the secretion of endogeny calcitonin(CT)and estradiol(E2)could be promoted when injecting dose of 400 μg(P<0.05),which were not propitious for the biology effect of PTH.There is no significant difference between control and experiment groups,which indicated that improving production performance and eggshell quality would not be effect on the bone development of the layers.It was suggested that pCEP4-PTH gene plasmid could improve the production performance and eggshell quality,but did not affect the bone quality in the layers.
