我国蚕丝业发展主体缺失与缺陷问题的研究

摘  要：
依据发展主体选择与形成的理论要点,分析研究近30年来我国蚕丝业发展主体的演变形成,认为发展主体缺失与缺陷是蚕丝业管理体制与市场利益机制的矛盾焦点,论证提出了简化经济形式理论争议、稳固蚕丝产业链结构、确认农村养蚕户的发展主体地位、发挥政府的主导和保护作用、完善蚕种生产企业的发展主体功效、构建和谐的发展主体间关系等解决蚕丝业发展主体问题的观点。

摘  要：
According to the theoretical gist on selection and formation of the developmental subject,this article analyzed and investigated the evolvement and formation of the sericultural developmental subject in recent 30 years in China.It was suggested that the lost and flawed aspects of the developmental subject is the focal point of contradictions between the sericultural management system and the marketing interest mechanism.Accordingly,for the resolution of these developmental subject problems,it was proposed to simplify the theoretical controversy of economic forms,to strengthen structure of the sericulture industrial chain,to confirm the development subject status of the silkworm raisers,to have the government′s leading and protection role,to improve the development subject function and effectiveness of silkworm egg production enterprises,and to establish the harmonious relationship between various developmental subjects etc.
