立足有机旱作 全面推进功能食品(农业)发展

摘  要:
在国内外农业形势深刻变化的大背景下,分析了山西农业天然特色具有的潜在优势:有发展绿色功能食品的种植结构,推进供给侧结构性改革有抓手、有突破口;有发展习总书记"有机旱作"的优良传统,打造山西农业的绿水青山有路径、有金字招牌。同时提出了有机旱作全方位抓总,功能食品(农业)规模控制,高端产业定位,功能、绿色同步,品质信誉为重,科技根本支撑,最终实现良性循环和可持续发展的建议。

摘  要:
This paper analyzes the potential advantages of Shanxi agricultural natural characteristics under the background of the profound changes in the domestic and foreign agricultural situation,which are having the planting structure of developing green functional food,having breakthrough in promoting the structural reform of supply side; having the fine tradition of developing General Secretary Xi "organic dry farming",having path and the gilded signboard in building the beautiful scenery agriculture of Shanxi.And the paper puts forward some suggestions,such as grasping the total of organic dry farming in all directions,controlling scale of functional food(Agriculture),position the high-end industry,synchronizing function and green,paying attention to quality and reputation,science and technology as the basic support,achieving a virtuous cycle and sustainable development.
