花生种质资源抗疮痂病筛选鉴定

摘  要:
对参试的218份花生种质进行疮痂病抗性人工接种和自然病圃鉴定,结果表明,对疮痂病反应为感病的种质有矮三棵、印度红、发财生和铁板青等16份,包括目前生产上的主栽品种粤油116、泉花10号、汕油523和粤油551等。反应为中感的种质有汕油71、白沙1016、金花1012和鲁花12号等26份。反应为中抗的种质有豫花15号、花育17、淮花8号和粤油9号等61份。表现为抗病的种质有P903-2-40、ICG 1376,干引选1001和美引选41082等20份。对该病反应为中抗以上水平的种质,皆可作为杂交抗病亲本利用,显示出花生种质对疮痂菌侵染反应中蕴藏着丰富的抗源基因。

摘  要:
218 peanut cultivars were tested to screen and identify their resistance to Sphaceloma arachidis in disease field naturally and artificial inoculated.The results showed that 16 cultivars Aisanke,Yinduhong,Facaisheng and Tiebanqing exihibited the S resistance to Sphaceloma arachidis,including most yincipal cultivars in China such as Eyou116,Quanhua10,Shanyou523 and Eyou551.26 cultivars including Shanyou71,Baisha1016、Jinhua1012 and Luhua12 exihibited the MS grade.61 cultivars including Yuhua15,Huayu17,Huaihua8 and Eyou9 exihibited the MR grade.20 cultivars including P903-2-40,ICG1376,Ganyinxuan1001 and Meiyinxuan41082 exihibited the R grade.Cultivars exihibited MR or R resistance to this disease can be used as the anti-disease parents in sexual hybridization.This result showed the rich disease-resistant genes in peanut germplasm against Sphaceloma arachidis.
