河南省牛养殖业废弃物资源产业化结合途径分析

摘  要:
采用文献计量分析法总结归纳了当前牛养殖业废弃物研究的分布情况;以统计资料为基础,阐述了河南省牛养殖业的区域分布情况,截至2016年底,牛养殖数量大的(≥40万头)有南阳、驻马店、开封、洛阳、商丘、周口6个地市,其中,牛养殖数量以南阳最多,出栏数、存栏数分别为93.94万,113.97万头。介绍了牛养殖业废弃物与种植业、园艺瓜菜产业、食用菌、其他养殖业以及产业资源化利用途径;最后对河南省牛养殖业废弃物资源化利用提出建议。

摘  要:
Taking the conference analysis methods, the paper sums up the main distribution and research fields of the wastes resources from cattle production systems. And it introduces the distribution regions of the cattle production systems in Henan province according to the statistic data. The results show that six places including Nanyang, Zhumadian, Kaifeng, Luoyang, Shangqiu and Zhoukou city have more cattle numbers, which have more than 400 thousands cattle per city than the other places. However, there are 9.394×105 cattle of slaughtered cattle & buffaloes of the year and 1.139 7 ×106 cattle of being raised at the Year-end in Nanyang in 2016. Also,Nanyang has the biggest numbers of cattle than the other places in Henan province. Moreover, the paper introduces reusing methods of cattle manures with crop farming, horticulture, edible fungi, livestock, and so on. Finally, it also points out some reusing suggests of the cattle waste resources in the future.
