淡水鱼产销形势与效益分析

摘  要：
分析了2015年淡水鱼的养殖效益,考察了市场低迷的情况下淡水鱼销售和加工形势,并对淡水鱼产业发展提出建议。据调研组2015年12月赴四川、湖北的调研情况反映:大宗淡水鱼价格达到2013—2015年来最低水平,养殖效益整体不佳,如将家庭用工折算在内,大宗淡水鱼养殖户基本亏损;一些地区批发市场成交量出现下滑,加工企业萎缩、经营举步维艰。为此,本文提出以下政策建议:养殖户应把握上市时机,做好品种搭配;企业适应青年消费者习惯,优化加工品的结构;政府应鼓励发展生态养殖模式,加大对中小企业扶持;科研人员要善于总结养殖过程的关键点,形成简单易记、适合普通养殖户的技术操作规程。

摘  要：
This paper analyzed the cost and benefit of freshwater fishes farming in 2015,examined how sales and processing sector reflected in depressed market,and put forward recommendations on industrial development. Field research in Sichuan and Hubei province in December 2015 reflected the whole industry situation including the price of conventional freshwater fishes reached lowest point during 2013—2015,which led to the overall decline ineconomic benefit,fish farmers had been through cost loss at the level of 1 000 yuan if family labors included. Due to the low price,some fish farmers turned to other producs,or abandoed their fish pond. In some places,market volume declined as well as processing business faced difficulty. Policy recommendations were respectively given to farmers,businesses,governments and researchers. Fish farmers should grasp the market opportunity for every variety. Processing enterprises should optimize the structure of processed products based on young consumers' habits. Governments should encourage the development of ecological farming and increase support for SMEs'. Researchers need to draw key points within farming as well as provide farmers with clear technical operation for easier memory.
