罗田甜柿总三萜的提取条件分析

摘  要:
为了确定罗田甜柿(Diospyros kaki Thunb.)成熟果实中总三萜含量和提取条件,以湖北省罗田县的罗田甜柿果实为试材,从不同的溶剂、乙醇体积分数、提取时间、温度、料液比、提取次数来确定提取罗田甜柿成熟果实中总三萜的最佳条件,结果表明,通过单因素试验确定提取条件为70%乙醇作为溶剂,提取时间3 h,温度85℃,料液比1∶11(m∶V,g∶m L),提取2次,总三萜提取量最高可达51.13 mg/100 g(FW)。

摘  要:
To determinate the total triperpenes content and the optimal extraction condition of Diospyros kaki Thunb. of Lutian, the fruit of Diospyros kaki Thunb. of Lutian county in Hubei province were used as the raw material. The triperpenes were extracted under different solvents, concentrations of ethanol, extraction time and temperature, material to solvent ratio,and number of extraction times. The optimal triperpenes extraction condition was established. When the material was extracted with 70% ethanol at 85 ℃ for 3 h and at the ratio of material to solvent 1∶11(m∶V,g∶m L) for 2 times,the extraction capacity of total triperpenes was 51.13 mg/100 g(FW).
